Controversial city lawyer and former Raila,s Personal Assistant Dr. Miguna Miguna is back again this time with fierce allegations on his former boss Raila Odinga.
Miguna through his official twitter account waded into the controversial molasses plant debate exposing how his former boss irregularly acquired the public facility built using tax payers money.
Miguna who is still in Canada after a dramatic eviction from the country early last year said that the former President Moi whom he referred to as a dictator gifted the facility to Raila Odinga as a bribe.
Every Kenyan has a right to have equal access to leasehold opportunities, but the Moi government denied Raila this Right and only granted it when he joined KANU. He got a leasehold for 99 years.
In 2001 Raila paid the land’s rent arrears that had accumulated unpaid for 20 years and all other required government fees.

So, of course the shareholders do enjoy all rights and privileges commensurate to their respective shares, which would ordinarily include dividends.
