Nyeri Member of Parliament Ngunjiri Wambugu has hit out at Deputy Presiudent William Ruto with lot of cofidence where he told him not to expect votes form the Mt.Kenya region come 2022 general election.
According to the vocal central Kenya politician said that despite an alleged deal between him and Uhuru years back that should not give the second in comand the lee way to have the Mt Kenya votes.
His remarks were based on the recent attacks by President Kenyatta where he is believed to be attacking his DP following his alleged involvement in the ongoing corruption scandals where his name has frequently been mentioned.
While speaking in a recent interview with one of the local dailies MP Ngunjiri said, “Listen to their sense of entitlement and disrespect in their voice.”
In addition he said, “The same thing you hear when Ruto, Sudi or Murkomen speak. It is astonishing especially when you imagine these people still expect to get Uhuru and his supporters to rally behind them in 2022!”
However, Uhuru and Ruto are yet to openly disclose their growing enmity in public, doing it crafts each time, apparently to hide the worsening conditions within the bloc.
However DP Ruto’s have been attributing to President Kenyatta’s attacks on DP to Raila Odinga who they claim to have joined the President to destroy the relationship between the two top county leaders.
