Police have seized bhang worth Sh1.5m in a private vehicle after an accident that occurred in Naivasha on Friday.
Police commander Samuel Waweru who confirmed the incident has said that the transporter has been hospitalised under police watch.
14 people perished in a crash along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway after a trailer suspected to have developed a mechanical problem, crashed into the matatu before rolling several times near Gilgil town.
Several other motorists escaped with minor injuries in the accident.
