A Kenyan mother of one has committed suicide after she left a suicide note to her daughter through her Facebook account. She has been struggling with depressions as seen from most of her posts.
The suicide note read; “My love ….wads are hard to form a perfect clause to express the love I have for you.i have fought the battle but seems like am being defeated ..I only pray that God may give you guidance, love and comfort. mom still loves you and will always love you.kindly do forgive me.”
She had also sent a goodbye message to her father through the same platform where she shared his photo and captioned it; “Dad sorry but can’t be able to break the news hope you will forgive me.”
This was followed by a depression message which read; “Check on your friends, ask them about their day or even if they have eaten anything. People are silent battling depression and afraid of being judged, misunderstood and avoided.”
