Zambian ambassador to Kenya dies in ICU

Zambian High Commissioner to Kenya Brenda Muntemba-Sichilembe has died after she was involved in a road accident in Machakos.
She was born on July 2, 1970.

She died at Nairobi Hospital ICU,she suffered internal breeding and was treated at Machakos level high before she was uplifted to Nairobi.

Two employees from Zambian embassy, Wasa Kaluwe and John Guttu, who were traveling with her also sustained injuries.

Prior to her appointment as Zambian ambassador to Kenya, she served as Southern Province Police Commissioner and Chief Program Officer at UNESCO in Zambia.

Muntemba previously served as Southern Province Police Commissioner and Chief Program Officer at UNESCO in Zambia.  

Zambians have taken to social media to mourn their ambassador Muntenda, whom they describe as a dedicated servant.“A very sad morning to wake up to news that one of the most active Canisius Alumni members Sulanji Sichilembe? of 1994 Exit, has lost his wife, Brenda Muntemba.
