Supreme Court Judge Justice Jackton Ojwang might be counting days at the apex Court. This is after the Judicial Service Commission through Chief Justice David Maraga initiated the process of his removal as Judge over allegations of gross misconduct.
Justice Ojwang has been accused of accepting favours from Migori Governor Okoth Obado in exchange for a favourable ruling when Obado was still the head of the Sony Sugar Belt.
Obado allegedly constructed a street to Ojwang’s private home.
Pictures have now emerged of a massive mall the embattled Supreme Court Judge is putting up in Migori at a place called Cham Kombe.
Well, this all but confirms that Justice Ojwang’s pockets are heavily loaded and with the recent claims of corruption hitting his doorstep, even this massive complex coming up will surely be probed.
