South Africa, are up in arms after a local pastor decided to offer beer to children as a healing potion. This pastor must have done some research on the benefits of little alcohol in the body?

The pastor, Mthobisi Khuzwayo, was accused of engaging in dubious activities and taking advantage of the innocent souls just to promote a bizarre agenda.

According to Sunday World, the preacher claimed the liquor had healing properties that could wipe away diseases.

The chap asked pupils dressed in school uniform to line up and wait their turn at receiving the ‘healing’ beer.

The 25-year-old identified as Apostle Anasinyego who was speaking in tongues the whole time also claimed he had the power to convert beer into the blood of Jesus.

It was reported the self-proclaimed apostle’s house and the church is in proximity to a drinking den where he could have gotten the liquor.

Some locals also claimed the preacher often says he is the brother of Jesus. Muzi Mahlabi, a spokesperson for the KZN Education Department, asked the community to unite and take legal action against Khuzwayo.

Siboniso Michael, who is Khuzwayo’s best friend, chose to defend the pastor saying he had great capabilities. “His high level in spiritually is making him do things that are meant to be in the future,” Michael said.
