Did Mishi Mboko’s brother commit suicide in Cuba?

News broke on Sunday that Likoni MP Mishi Mboko had lost her brother in Cuba.

Dr.Ali Juma Hamisi, was part of the 50 Kenyan doctors who traveled to Cuba for further training in an Mou between GoK and the government of Cuba.

But he died controversially on Sunday, and the Ministry of Health has revealed that the cause of his death is unclear.

But there have been rumors on social media that the educated fellow, could have committed suicide after being frustrated in Cuba.

Early this year, it was revealed that the government had neglected the Cuban doctors who could barely afford breakfast and snacks. A cup of coffee goes for around sh 600.

It was also revealed that they had to spend close to sh 30,000 per month to call their families back home, since they were charged 102 shillings per minute.

The government, only gives them sh. 36,0000 as monthly stipend.

So could it be that the MP’s brother was so frustrated to the point of commiting suicide?
