Tanzanian Sensation Aslay has refuted claims of being a dead beat father.
The Singer was explaining the state of relationship between him and his baby mama and whether they co-parent their daughter.
Aslay made it clear that despite not being lovers , the pair always give the best to their child and even advise each other whenever their is an issue troubling them. He however maintains that as long as it does not involve love.
His baby mama at times used to send posts on social media that suggest she is raising the child as a single mom and this could imply that Aslay is making no efforts.
In response to such posts, Aslay says that he is confident that he is contributing 90% to the upbringing of his child.
The Tanzanian Artist also says that such posts from his baby mama do not shock him at all.
He claims that if he was to write such a post about his daughter he would have so much to say but he prefers not to. For him what is important is that his child understands that he is doing his best as a father.
Aslay had seemingly moved on and had announced his relationship with a Tanzanian beauty Diana Kimari but that too did not last.
The Singer had been silent in the music scene and he say that it does not have anything to do with his failed relationships.
He insists that he tries to be the best father he can be even despite the challenges that might be unavoidable.
