Hours after University of Nairobi student leader Samuel Ragira alias OCS Ragira was brutal murder,police have arrested top politician .
The Kilimani ward rep Moses Ogeto is allegedly in custody after Ragira, former University of Nairobi student leader was shot dead outside Club 36 located opposite Nairobi Primary School.
In a viral video , the deceased was shot once in the back (right side).
According to Nairobi News, the deceased confronted goons who have been terrorizing traders at Klabu Market that is a few metres from the State House.
The goons have apparently been stalking the traders for a few weeks now brandishing crude weapons including guns and other crude weapons.
The goons have according to a trader who sought anonymity, been demanding for a Sh10,000 to Sh20,000 fee depending on the size of the piece of land they operate from.
It is however on Thursday night that Ragira decided to confront the goons who shot and killed him on the spot.
Police had by 8 pm collected his remains and taken to City Mortuary.
