The renown Kenyan DJ,Pierra Makena has declared not to have another kid after what she went through in her past relationship. He ex-boyfriend separated with her while she was two weeks pregnant.
She has confessed that she battled with depression months after splitting with her baby daddy. She was confused and did not know how to break the news to her family, considering she was brought up in a Christian family.
Her mother was very supportive. Being the fourth born in a family of six, she said her sister even allowed her to move in with her so that it could be easier to look after her baby.
She narrated; “This matter really stressed me. I began to overthink and lost weight in the process. I broke up with my lover but I didn’t know that I was already pregnant. Two weeks later I went to the hospital and it was already pregnant. Two weeks later I went to the hospital and it was confirmed I was pregnant.
I didn’t know where to begin telling my parents that I’m pregnant because I was brought up in a christian family. I went through depression, I could not even gain weight. My family was my support system especially my mother. I am done with motherhood. My one daughter is enough.”
