The self proclaimed general Dr Miguna Miguna has blamed Jubilee government for high rise of insecurity in the country following the brutal murder of UON student leader OCS Ragira .
Miguna says that the head of states is responsible in appointment of security agencies across the country.
“@UKenyatta heads the illegitimate Jubilee regime. He appointed the heads of police and other security agencies. Everywhere else in the world, the buck stops at the State House. Why would it be different in Kenya unless some of you believe that you are maggots; not human beings?”
“Mr. @UKenyatta‘s trigger-happy have murdered another young student in cold blood and in broad day light. The torture and murder of innocent Kenyans by successive tyrannical regimes have gone on for far too long..We condemn this barbarism unreservedly. #RIPOCSRagira.”
It is alleged that OCS Ragira was brutally murdered after he exposed goons who were terrorizing traders at Club 36 along Mamlaka road Nairobi County.
