Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has come to the rescue for many women, not only in Kenya, but in the world at large in bringing he Procter and Gamble Company to books regarding the defectiveness of its Always sanitary towels.
Always, which was called out on Twitter for causing rashes, burns and other adverse effects on its users was called out by women on Twitter hashtag #MyAlwaysExperience.
Passaris used her platform to get feedback from the company on what exactly was going wrong.
This she did and had no qualms to ask the tough questions.
Ms Passaris further stood up for one of the advocates of #MyAlwaysExperience who was being kicked out of the meeting with Always Kenya, for being a competitor of the Always product.
She not only threatened to walk out of the meeting if the women’s advocate Kamaitho was kicked out but also led to her invitation to the convention.
