Khloe Kardashian was hoping that NBA star Tristan Thompson was keeper but friends of the reality star have claimed that he “wasn’t ready to be a husband.”
The ‘Revenge Body’ star was hoping to have found ‘the one’ with the Cleveland Cavaliers professional basketball player but it seems that her plans for a ‘happy ever after’ were not in tune with Tristan’s desire to play the field a little longer.
Despite being the father to Khloe’s daughter True, it would seem that Tristan was not ready for the commitment of marriage and he blew apart his relationship with Khloe by getting with Kylie Jenner’s former BFF, Jordyn Woods.
A source close to the family has told The Sun that, “Tristan did not want to be a husband, he just wasn’t ready.”
Marriage was not part of Tristan’s plans while Khloe wanted, “the perfect family set up for their daughter True.”
The source revealed that Khloe had forgiven Tristan’s first cheating episode, when she was in labour with True, as he had claimed that he had changed.
Khloe was eyeing up a family situation much like her sister Kim’s with Kanye West , in which there would be more children and devotion to each other.
The source revealed the sad truth though, saying Khloe, “soon discovered Tristan just wasn’t up for it,” and Khloe, “had to shelve plans for marriage and another baby.”
