The fall of High Court Judge Joseph Mutava has rekindled memories of Goldenberg scandal, one of the major scandals in Kenya.

Justice Mutava barely served for two years before his career reached a dead end over a gross misconduct.

The Judge controversially acquitted the man at centre of Goldenberg scandal Kamlesh Patni in which billions of taxpayer’s money were lost.
