Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has donated Ksh.5 million to Toi market victims and ordered his administration to start rebuilding the open air market forthwith.
Sonko had visited the site few minutes after Hon. Raila Odinga toured the place on Tuesday morning and ordered for its reconstruction.
“I ordered for immediate reconstruction of the market by my administration and I also issued a personal donation of Sh5m to the traders to help them restart their businesses.” Sonko stated.
