The saddening news on the crash of the Ethiopian planes has evoked worldwide actions, besides reactions.
Several hours after news hit the different corners of the world about the crash of Boeing 737 Max 8 belonging to Ethiopian Airlines, panic, emotions and cautions spread all over.
After it emerged that a plane of the same make had been involved in a crash less than six months ago, concerns over the safety of the model began to rise.
The civil aviation in Australia barred any Boeing 737 max jet from entering into the country.
“This is a temporary suspension while we wait for more information to review the safety risks of continued operations of the Boeing 737 MAX to and from Australia,”
said Shane Carmody CASA CEO.
Ethiopian Airlines grounded the rest of its Boeing 737 MAX 8s and joined the world in the revolt against the Max 8s.
The Chinese airlines that fly 97 of the planes also grounded the planes as the safety of the model is scrutinized.
Singapore also announced to suspend operations of the Boeing 737 Max model flying in and out of Singapore after the technical fatalities that happened latest Sunday and earlier in October last year.
Several airlines and civil aviation authorities from Mexico, Argentina, South Africa and South Korea have suspended flights of the model pending investigations.
