Netizens have registered a lot of disappointment over a Meru Shuttle tout and his driver who were filmed yesterday kicking a lady from a matatu.
The incident happened yesterday in a matatu with alleged numbers KBU 254G registered under Meru Shuttle.
The incident were recorded from a phone inside the Matatu.
The lady refused to squeeze her space for the vehicle to carry excess passengers. She opted to alight from the vehicle.
The woman demanded to be given back her change which the driver and his conductor were initially reluctant to give back.
