As the world continues to come to terms with the Ethiopian Air crash that claimed 157 innocent souls, we continue to bring you stories surrounding this tragedy.
A passenger, who used the ill fated plane from Ethiopia to Kenya sometimes in February has revealed how the crew in the plane were unprofessional and pathetic.
The passenger, whose name will not be revealed for security reasons, is a Chinese national working for a multinational company and was in Ethiopia for work related duties when he used the plane.
He says that he decided on never using the airline again after his poor experience.
Let me tell you something, I was on that flight to Nairobi last month. I thought their workers are unprofessional; no preparation for the announcement, no fluent English, no one to one remind you about safety belt.”
“That’s true what i experienced, so I decided not take this flight any more, finally this accident happened.”
Even though the cause of the accident has not been revealed, Ethiopia Airways need to improve their services.
There so many complains about passengers missing their luggage on the airline’s website.
