A Young lady by the name Carol Benad today has the Directorate of criminal Investigations to thank for coming to her aid after months of agony and anguish.
Carol’s father was a CID officer before his unfortunate death on 2/12/2017.
Since his death, his daughter Carol has been up and down trying to secure his benefits all to no avail.
She decries that despite the fact that all the necessary formalities have been followed, everytime she goes to the CID headquarters, she is always given all sorts of excuses.
With hopes of getting her father’s benefits dwindling away, Carol resorted to sharing her story on twitter and it is here that her help finally came through when the DCI advised her to visit their headquarters for help on the same.
“Dad passed on 2/12/2017.He worked with CID.since then,we have been up and down to get the benifits.All formalities are completed.Everytime we go to the headquater,they got so many excuses.sometimes very busy,account missing…total confusion.pliz help @DCI_Kenya @FredMatiangi,” tweeted Carol.
“Good afternoon @Carolbenad. Your issue has reached us and we request you to come to DCI Headquarters and ask to see the Executive Advisor to the DCI. You can come tomorrow, if you’re within Nairobi or another preferred day as long you inform us in good time. You’re welcome Carol!” Responded the DCI.
Well, i bet out DCI detectives are all human after all.
