A dutch teen model has been reported dead from what has been confirmed as heart attack.
According to reports the 19 year old Van der Zee went into cardiac arrest during a skiing holiday with her family in Austria and spent two weeks in a coma before her death.
The news was confirmed by her relatives through a post on instagram “It is incredibly surreal that our dearly beloved Lotte is not around us anymore.Our hearts are truly broken. We would like to thank you all again for all the support and heart-warming messages.”read post
Ms Zee was preparing to celebrate her upcoming birthday in a few days whn she suffered from chest pains after taking a ski trip to celebrate her upcoming birthday.
Reports suggest she was found unresponsive the next morning and taken to the hospital, where she was placed in a medically-induced coma.
The beauty queen was later transferred to a hospital in Germany, where she spent two weeks in a coma before suffering organ failure.
Before her death, they explained what happened during the ski trip as their daughter fought for her life in hospital.
They explained: “Two days ago, during our holiday in Westendorf – Austria, Lotte started to feel unwell throughout the course of the afternoon. A feeling that swiftly escalated in sudden cardiac arrest.
