Nandi Governor Joshua Sang is now a man begging and praying for a miracle to happen for him to bring down Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho. he accused Joho as the leading Drug Lord in Kenya.
Joshua Sang has now requested for more time to gather information in regard to his Mombasa counterpart Ali Hassan Joho’s links to drug trafficking.
Sang, a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, is fighting a defamation case after he claimed Joho was part of the drug trafficking syndicate that has been destroying lives of innocent youth in the Coast region and other parts of the nation.
On Thursday, the governor said that he is yet to get enough information that could assist him defend himself in the case.
Through his lawyer Shadrack Wambui, he insisted that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and Interpol have not given him information he needed in the case.
“We have written a letter to Interpol and DCI seeking information. We are at a disadvantaged position since we have no information we want to rely on,” Wambui said.

Sang, and MPs Kimani Ichung’wah (Kikuyu), Oscar Sudi (Kapseret) and Didmus Barasa (Kimilili) came forth with their guns blazing.
They insisted that the governor had no moral authority to attack Ruto until he clears his name from the illegal business.
Joho was handed a reprieve when Interpol dismissed reports that he was on its drug traffickers radar.
