It has been learnt that Blogger Abraham Mutai will on March 9, 2019 be feted at the award ceremony of Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza in Brussels, Belgium.
He will be awarded for steering the release campaign of Rwanda President Paul Kagame’s critic Diane Rwigara and her mother Adeline Rwigara on October 5, 2018.
