REAL MADRID goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been reported to the police after he allegedly threw an object at a photographer’s car.

The 26-year-old’s nightmare season shows no signs of improving following his shocking display against Ajax on Tuesday night.

Courtois has been slammed by Los Blancos fans over his performance in the humiliating 4-1 defeat against the Dutch side.

The La Liga giants crashed out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage for the first time since the 2009/10 campaign.

And much of the blame has fallen on the ex-Atletico Madrid star who has failed to win over supporters since joining last summer.

According to Spanish news outlet COPE, the Belgian international sensed that he was being followed by a car in the municipality of Boadilla del Monte in Madrid.

It has been claimed he then threw something at the vehicle, which caused damage to the unnamed individual’s motor.

They state that Courtois subsequently fled the scene, but not before the member of the paparazzi took note of his licence plate number, before calling police.

The photographer ultimately decided against pressing charges.

Courtois has endured a torrid time at the Bernabeu since signing from Chelsea – where he has kept just ten clean sheets in 31 games in all competitions.
