It is being reported in Spain that Real Madrid are absolutely furious with Gareth Bale because they believe he has agreed to join Manchester United in the summer rather than Chelsea.
Real wants Bale to agree to move to Chelsea in some sort of convoluted swap arrangement involving Eden Hazard but the Welsh wizard is simply not having it.
The news that there has been a huge falling out between Bale and Real broke ahead of last nights Champions League clash with Ajax after news leaked that Bale would not be starting the game.
Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda talking on the TV program El Chiringuito the previous night said
“Bale is not going to play tomorrow, there is a tremendous anger and in the club they’re sure he has closed an agreement with Manchester United, betraying Real Madrid who wanted to sell him to Chelsea to lower the price of the (Eden) Hazard operation.
“They want to sell him for €120m.”
So, quite a revelation, if true, but something is clearly going to happen in the summer, there is widespread acceptance that Bale will be sold and not just him, a wholesale clearout is expected as Real will begin a much need transformation.
