President Uhuru Kenyatta has arrived at Kirinyaga University in Kirinyaga County, to preside over the official opening of the 6th Annual Devolution Conference 2019 .
Uhuru was recieved by Deputy President William Ruto and Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru.
This Years Conference will build up from the last year’s meet and allow the Government and its key stakeholders to discuss what they have been able to deliver, the transformation over the last one year and to measure the progress made in the Big Four Sectors.
