Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi on Tuesday reiterated at President Uhuru Kenyatta’s demand that politicians who have evidence against him should present it to the DCI instead of politicking in funerals.
Sudi spoke a few minutes after a visibly agitated head of state complained over the negative allegations made against his character.
However, the sharp-tongued legislator said he would not follow Presidents words since DCI and President are one and the same thing
“Well,well, well said Mr. President, I agree with you that we must not address these issues in funerals, weddings or other public functions. But unfortunately, Uhuru is DCI and DCI is Uhuru,” Sudi posted on his Facebook page.

“When the issue of JKIA came up, they decided to use the Elgeyo Marakwet dams to cover up the plan to take over the airport. We know a lot about them,” Sudi said.
The MP had been making reference to reports that the Kenyatta family
“I saw one saying that I have stolen someone’s property. I am telling them, the DCI offices are just here near Karura Forest. Go there and record that Uhuru has stolen this and that.”
“This habit of threatening people in funerals will not help you. The only person who can help you is the DCI so go and record what Uhuru has stolen,” Kenyatta stated.
