Out going taxman John Njiraini has been accused by a business partner of using his influence to intimidate him.
The dispute was filef last year in the Commercial court and now seems to be getting out of hand for Njiraini.
Space and Styles Limited, a tiles company producing the Decra brand is co-owned by Njiraini and was valued at Sh1.3 billion at the time of filing the suit.
Njama Wambugu, the partner has brought claims that Njiraini co owns the tiles company though his company Decamis Limited that is headquartered in Hong Kong.
Wambugu further claims that Njiraini demanded Sh160 million from him after they differed in business deals.
