All’s not well at Real Madrid and everyone in the football world is well aware of this fact. Various reports have emerged that some players are unsettled at the club and might move on in the summer!
Gareth Bale is one of the first names which come up when talking about the players who are unsettled in Madrid.
The Los Blancos were hoping that Bale would turn it on after Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure to Juventus but the Welshman has failed to up the ante.
Recently there were reports that even Bale’s teammates are not happy with the forward. And now Express report that the former Tottenham Hotspur man might be on his way back to England.
Surprisingly, the reports state that the Welshman could be returning to Spurs as Madrid want to use him in a swap deal involving Christian Eriksen.
Bale only has seven goals and two assists in 21 league appearances this season, numbers which do not justify the talent he has.
The case with Bale, however, is completely different as his teammates are not very happy with him as well and he just might return to England if Spurs and Madrid reach a deal.
And given the fact that Los Blancos want Eriksen, they can use Bale as a bait which Spurs wouldn’t mind falling to.
