President Uhuru Kenyatta recent cabinet reshuffle has raised debate after a section of lawmakers accusing him of targeting a certain community in the graft war.
The reshuffle was Rashid Echesa stripped off his duties , now Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has asked the former Sports Cabinet Secretary (CS) to hustle for another job like any other Kenyan .
Owino cautioned the former CS against dragging the name of ODM leader Raila Odinga in tribulations facing him saying the former premier had nothing to do with the matter.
The young legislature urged the former CS to accept his fate and move on, instead of throwing tantrums to odm party leader Raila Odinga for his misfortunes. “He is not the first person to be fired. He should stop complaining and look for another job to do. said Owino.
He also congratulated the president for appointing former Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) chairman George Magoha as the new Education CS saying he was the most suitable person for the job.
“I have worked with him for five years while he was serving as the Vice Chancellor o Nairobi University, he is best suited for the job and his track record is amazing,” he said.
Echesa was stripped off duties following the recent cabinet reshuffle and was replaced by outgoing Education CS Amina Mohammed.
