Celebrated Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has asked women to stop going above and beyond just to make sure their men stay with them.
The caramel skinned mother of four said not even sex can keep a man from cheating, and therefore no one should keep pushing their partners into staying if they want to go.
Through an Instagram post, the 36-year-old actress revealed she was annoyed by a friend of hers who was trying to get pregnant in attempts to prevent her man from abandoning her.
According to Nadia, her so-called naive friend was having troubles in her relationship and was too desperate to cling onto something that died a long time ago.
“I just got off the phone with a childhood friend of mine who is having relationship issues and feels her last resort is to get off the pills and have a baby for him,” she wrote.
Completely irked, the dashing actress told women not even their beauty will make a man think twice before packing their bags and moving on. “In her naive mind, that will certainly hold him down.
Well, I am no counselor, neither am I clairvoyant, but I do know this, however, a baby will not keep a man, being beautiful will not keep a man, and sex will not keep a man. Even being a good woman barely keeps a man. The only thing that will keep a man is a man who wants to be kept,” Nadia said.
