The Only Reason Man United Could Lose Paul Pogba

Manchester United could lose Paul Pogba to former side Juventus this summer if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Manchester United broke the world record transfer fee to bring Paul Pogba back to Old Trafford in 2016.

The Red Devils splashed out a mind-boggling £89m, eclipsing Real Madrid’s £85m deal for Gareth Bale.

But in a bizarre turn of events, the Frenchman could be in line for a shock return to Juventus, according to Tuttosport.

After a turbulent start to the season, it was no secret that Pogba did not see eye-to-eye with Jose Mourinho.

But with the ex-Chelsea boss now sacked, Pogba has found himself a key member of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s new-look squad.

Pogba has instrumental in helping to turn around the fortunes of the Old Trafford side in the short time the Norwegian has been in charge.

Having been 11 points clear of the top four, Solskjaer has taken his side on an 11-match unbeaten run in the Premier League.

And the Manchester club are now locked in a battle with Chelsea and Arsenal for the final place in the top four – the coveted final position to secure Champions League football.
