After Raila Odinga went out at Deputy president William Ruto with allegations that a car gift Ruto gave the Catholic Church was rejected by the institution because it came from stolen tax money, the DP followed back with accusations of evil worship on the opposition leader.
Ruto called Raila a master of deceit full of desperate lies further insinuating that he worships evil spirits and eventually rebuking him with the words ‘shindwe!’
“The master of deceit as always is spewing desperate lies. The car gift was bought by Christian leaders including UK and myself at the request of the chair of Catholic mps. Understandably Empowering the church offends magicians and the evil spirits they worship. Shetani ashindwe!”,read the DP’s tweet.
Kenyans did not take this well and have clapped back calling out the deputy president as the thief that should be defeated while reminding him the theft scandals associated with him over his period of leadership.
