Tanzanian actress Wema Sepetu recently shocked thousands of her fans after revealing she is in a very drawn-out dry spell. The lass who happens to be one of the many Diamond Platinumz’s ex-lover revealed she has not slept with any man for about six months.
Speaking to members of the fourth estate at the Sinema Zetu International Film Festival (SZIFF) in Dar Es Salaam, Wema claimed the last time she was intimate with a man was in September 2018. The actress revealed the reason she has not been sexually active is because she has been single since then.
”I am single, I have been single since September last year(2018), actually I have not ‘done it’ with anyone all that while,” she said. Asked why she chose to remain single for that long considering he not so clean history as far as dating is concerned, the lass claimed it was a personal decision to take a break from relationships and copulation.
”Men approach me, many of them. But it gets to a point you need to just rest and take a break from relationships and all that they entail. I took time off to be myself and without focusing on men,” she added.
The popular personality made these revelations just months after she was banned by Tanzanian film board following the leak of her video in bed with an unknown man. The ban was however raised after she showed and cooperated with the board by doing nearly 90% of what was required of her.
