Political strategist and citizens advocate David Ndii has asked the Kiambu mafia along with the media to leave Deputy President William Ruto alone.
Ndii made an unappealing remark which may raise political temperatures after he called out the Kikuyu community for failing to hold the President Uhuru Kenyatta responsible for graft allegations.
President Uhuru Kenyatta’s second time in office has be marred with corruption from top leaders as well as Cabinet Secretaries.
Kenyans have shown disbelief and annoyance at the President’s inability to deal with these Cabinet Secretaries. They have even gone a step further to ask the President to sack these corrupt leaders but the President has done nothing.
On a tweet, David Ndii says- ” How many prominent Kikuyus are calling out out @Ukenyatta for the graft and cronyism we see around him everyday? If we are not going to call Uhuru to account, lets leave @WilliamsRuto alone also. #MtuWetuRubbish“
Ndii was responding to a Charles Karis tweet- If the likes of untainted uncompromised @MarthaKarua don’t sacrifice, identify METHODS against Corruption,we’d better learn and accept to live in it.theres no ruling party, opposition, legislature,or judiciary bold enough to call a spade by its name.just citizens.@DavidNdii
