Nairobi County MP Esther Passaris has revealed an intentional plot by ODM party leader Raila Odinga and President Kenyatta to lie to women on the face about the gender bill.
The two-thirds gender bill flopped for the fourth time due to a manufactured quorum hitch. Passaris said that the Majority Leader Aden Duale, is also an accomplice in the frustration of the bill
In a separate meeting, President Kenyatta said he would love to sit down and listen to a female president addressing the nation.
The president said to much cheers that some of his best-performing ministers were female and that the female leaders were more concerned with the family and nation at large.
Passaris now says the president and his fellow ‘handshaker’ former Prime Minister Raila Odinga have shown zero commitment to the Two-thirds gender rule.
