Brendan Rodgers just joined Leicester ealier this week and is targeting Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson as his first signing for Leicester City, according to reports.
Wilson has been in excellent form for Bournemouth this season with 11 Premier League goals, although he has been sidelined since January 19 with a knee injury. The 27-year-old has attracted interest from Chelsea and West Ham this season.
But according to The Sun, Rodgers wants to revamp Leicester’s attack in the summer transfer window and will target a move for Wilson. Bournemouth, however, are in a strong negotiating position as Wilson signed a four-year contract last July which keeps him at the club until June 2022.
