Red Devils’ star makes summer transfer decision amid current Man Utd crisis

A change in formation has seen Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku remain interested in a move to Italy and is keen on a summer move to Juventus if he is can’t reclaim his spot as first-choice.

The £75million striker is enduring a difficult second season at Old Trafford and has scored just nine goals in 34 games in all competitions.

He has bagged only four times in his last 19 Premier League games and under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has found himself a second choice.

A change of formation under the Norwegian has seen Solskjaer prefer to use Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford, with the England striker the No.1 choice.

Both that duo will miss tonight’s game with Crystal Palace, offering Lukaku a chance to impress, alongside Alexis Sanchez.

However, it’s claimed that Lukaku is already eyeing the potential exit, with Juve his preferred destination, should he move at the end of the season.

A source reportedly told The Sun: “Lukaku’s preferred destination would be Juventus if he leaves the club.

“He is an absolutely massive fan of Ronaldo. He has lost his regular spot but not rocked the boast at all so far.

“The feelers are already out in both camps. We’ll have to wait and see but it’s going to be a busy summer.”

Lukaku has previously spoken of his “hope” at getting the chance to play for the Old Lady previously.
