Jordyn Woods could be landed with a seven-figure bill if she violates the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she made with the Kardashians when she appears on Red Table Talk on Friday (01Mar19).
The model is set to talk about the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal on long-time friend Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Watch show on Friday 1st March, teasing the appearance on social media on Tuesday.
She could however find herself facing legal trouble following the show’s airing, as she’s barred by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she signed before appearing in the family’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
According to The Blast, the NDA was to do with production of the TV programme, but also includes “specific language to prevent Woods from speaking about Kris, Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Kylie publicly or revealing any private details about the inner workings of the family”.
The outlet adds that the agreement also states that any public comments made by Jordyn about the Kardashian/Jenners “must be approved by family and the production, especially when a possible storyline is involved”.
Following the announcement that Jordyn will appear on the 1 March episode of Red Table Talk, Larsa Pippen, a close family friend of Khloe and her sisters, commented on Instagram: “Can’t wait to see which version of her story she tells. Hope it’s the same she told @khloekardashian when she checked her.”
Khloe has kept a low profile since the cheating rumours first began circulating, but took to her social media on Tuesday to thank her fans for their support.
