Man United Injury Update

“Well, the three we had to take off [Herrera, Lingard, Mata during Liverpool match], they’re not going to be ready,” said Solskjaer to MUTV.

“We’ve not really had a session yet, so I don’t think there are a lot of positives. Matteo [Darmian] trained the other day, but I don’t think he’ll be ready yet because he trained yesterday. Marcos [Rojo] has been training, so hopefully, he will be involved.”

Ole on @AGomes_47, @JGarnerr96 and @TahithC: “Angel has been successful with England Under-17s. Garner, he’s a Michael Carrick, but 20 years younger. Chongy, he’ll definitely be taking people on if he comes on. I’m sure they’ll do well if they come on.” #MUFC— Manchester United (@ManUtd) February 26, 2019

On Rashford’s fitness:

“We’re still waiting to see how his ankle is responding to the treatment. With the muscle injuries, that’s still early to think about. He might have a chance of playing. Then again I don’t think there’ll be anyone else coming back for this game. So there’ll be a chance for the kids.”

Jones, Martial and Valencia will all miss the match against Crystal Palace:

“Phil has been ill, so he’s been out for a little while. Valencia is a bit off, because he did his calf again, so he’s still a few weeks off. Martial is not going to be ready for this one either.”
