Jussie Smollett famously known by his stage name, Jamal Lyon has been in for a big challenge after it was said that he will be written off from the Empire Hip hop TV drama.
His ‘father’ Lucious Lyon, whose real name is Terrence Howard is supporting Jamal after he was accused of staging an attack. Lucious Lyon hitted back at a fan who called him out for supporting his TV son, Jamal Lyon on Instagram.
In a post on Instagram, Howard shared a video of a baby sitting on Smollett’s lap and breaking into fits of giggles when he tickles him. In one of the comments under the video, a fan criticized him for supporting Smollett. Howard fired back with a lengthy message defending his decision and telling the fan it wasn’t his/her job to judge.
”Sorry you feel that way but that’s the only Jussie I know.The Jussie I know could never even conceive of something so unconscious and ugly. His innocence or judgment is not for any of us to decide. Stay in your lane and my lane is empathy and love and compassion for someone I’ve called my son for five years. It’s God’s job to judge and it’s ours to love and hope, especially for those that we claim to have loved.”
And while Kim has certainly sent strong messages to Tristan and Jordyn, Kylie Jenner is still caught in a bit of limbo.
