Loosing a child is an experience any parent would not want to go through at any given point in their lives.
The Experience is so devastating and unless proper psychological help is offered, most Parents always end up haunted for the rest of their lives.
Last week saw Radio Presenter Betty Opondo loose her son to the cruel hands of death
Her son passed away while watching cartoon on Nickelodeon. He was on mid-term.
Betty has now revealed that her son was born with a heart condition and was in and out of hospital for two years after which doctors assured her that he was now Okay.
That was apparently never the case as Betty now Prepares to burry her beloved son at their home in Siaya.
She is however determined to help other mothers and children out there and has decided that in the memory of her late son Kevin, She will Start the Kevin Foundation to help mothers with Kids suffering from heart-related complications.
Betty has also revealed that she is yet to come to terms with the death of her son.
She has termed loosing a child a painful experience she would not want any mother to go through.
When her son died, Betty was in Kisumu where works at a local radio station. She said she received a call on that fateful day at around 8:33am leaving her heartbroken.
