When it comes to sibling rivalry, a little shoving may be expected especially if the siblings are brothers but physical injuries would be a step too far.

Murder is unheard of especially if the argument is a trivial thing such as a pair of trousers.

However, reports that a 16-year-old pupil in Rangwe Sub-County was on Sunday arrested for allegedly killing his 18-year-old brother after a fight over a pair of trousers is beyond one’s imagination.

Has Kenya lost it’s moral fabric with reports of such murders headlining our news each and every day?
