Impala rugby player, Richard Sidindi has passed away after he drowned in a pool. The Kenya rugby fraternity is in mourning following the death of yet another player.
Popularly known as Real Jhadah Power, the former Kisumu RFC player was pronounced dead at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital while receiving treatment following the incident at Impala’s pool.
Impala Saracens Director of Rugby, Fred Ollows says; ”It appears that there was some swimming pool incident where Sidindi was alone but we are still gathering information on what really happened.” While he is described as a good swimmer, investigations underway to determine the cause of the 24-year-old death.
