Life they say is so precious but even at that it remains so delicate. One minute you alive and before you know it, you are dead.
We never choose the mode of death we want, death just strikes and this time it has landed at Moi Univeristy where a first year student died after drowning in a swimming pool at a hotel in Eldoret town.
The male hotel management student drowned while on an outing at the hotel with other students.
He succumbed at a nearby private hospital where he was rushed following the Friday evening incident.
Eldoret East OCPD John Owuoth confirmed the incident but said they were still carrying out investigations.
“The incident happened but we are still investigating what exactly took place leading to the death,” Owuoth said.
