Nairobi women representative Esther Passaris is breathing fire after Kenya Film Commission Board Boss Ezekiel Mutua declared war on artists over their raunchy performance.

This is after controversial singer cum businesswoman Akothee’s raunchy performance went viral.

The photo’s caught attention of the KFCB boss who issued a sterning warning to the singer.

“So @AkotheeKenya and her ilk think that “legs are there to be opened? In private you can open them as wide as you want, but when it comes to the public space we will help you to determine how far you can go. The Government regulates the public space. @InfoKfcb” wrote Ezekiel Mutua.

However Esther Passaris was no pleased with Mutua’s comments over artists raunchy performance.

Furious Passaris took to her twitter handle to fire back at Mutua

“You are going to be a busy ‘mad’ man if you start going to discos and theatres to regulate proximity in dance moves and love scenes. Incidentally what did you think of @Lupita_Nyongo stripping bare for one of the scenes in 12 Years A Slave #ProtectOurChildren #WeAreAdults”

“Cap 222 Laws of Kenya has two limbs – films (which include broadcast content) and stage plays which include theatre, drama, discos and all stage performances. Let’s not trivialize the matter. Common decency and the law should guide what’s exhibited publicly. @InfoKfcb”
