Teen almost dies due while trying to flex for the Social

Mr Bailey lost his footing and slipped, hurtling to the ground so hard his body left an imprint. Triston Bailey and his friends wanted to climb the Margaret McDermott Bridge and get a picture with the skyline in the background, he almost died after plummeting 50 feet from a Dallas bridge in an attempt to snap a selfie.

“I could have easily passed away that night, I could easily have been gone.” He broke his pelvis, fractured a rib and punctured a lung.I broke my face a whole bunch and I had lacerations on my spleen” the teenager said.

His doctors say it is “miraculous” he didn’t have worse injuries. “It’s amazing he didn’t snap his neck. It’s amazing that he’s not a paraplegic,” said Chief of Trauma Dr. Darryl Amos. Mr Bailey is expected to make a full recovery.
