Akothee’s performance at the Abebo music concert at Watamu caused chaos and insults towards her. Some of those who criticized her were Blogger Robert Alai and KFCB boss Ezekiel Mutua.
However, Akothee has a supporter. Nairobi women rep, Esther Passaris. Passaris has told Ezekiel Mutua that Akothee is an inspiration to many and deserves an apology from him; ”You owe Akothee an apology because you insulted her & called her demonic. She didn’t do it in a school compound or perform for underage children.”
A happy Akothee has taken to her Instagram page and addressed men to keep off their lives.
When Ezekiel criticized Akothee, she became so furious and asked why people only look for her when negativity publicity follows her.
