Kirinyaga Governor and NYS looting suspect Ann Waiguru has fired back to Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission demanding to know how she was linked to the NYS scandal ‘Season 1’.
Waiguru challenged EACC to reveal those who named Kabura’s name in the scandal.
Josephine Kabura was taken as a major suspect and a witness when details of the looting first emerged. The woman is alleged to have been Waiguru’s hairdresser and close confidant.
Kabura hit the airwaves after details emerged tat she carried money in sack bags in one of the biggest schemes to steal from the government in the history of Kenya.
Waiguru was speaking at a vernacular radio station this morning 19th Feb 2019.
“The EACC should tell us, who helped her to carry the money in bags and where did the money go to. Who was behind the affidavit,” Waiguru was quoted saying.
