I'm happy Boniface Murage is now a free man after the court gave him a 3-month non custodial sentence since he pleaded guilty for attempting to smuggle his baby out of Kenyatta National Hospital as he couldn't raise an outstanding hospital bill amounting to Sh 56,000.Murage has promised to adhere to all the strict conditions set by the court of not being involved in crime during the 3-month probation period. Last evening my team shopped for Murage's family including his daughter who was released from the hospital afte a good Samaritan settled their hospital bill. I'm appealing to other Kenyans to offer good deeds to the less fortunate members of the society as a way of showing generosity. As the Ambassador of good deeds in Africa, I'll be hosting the Good Deeds Day in April 7th to promote good deeds in our society.Governor Mike Sonko
